Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Sauce
  • 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
Topping
  • 1 cup bread crumbs for topping
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, and chicken broth.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the sauce mixture over the chicken.
  4. In another bowl, mix the bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the top of the chicken and sauce.
Cooking
  1. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
  3. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
